Responsibility:
- Lead and execute campus-wide marketing strategies to build strong brand presence
- Plan and run high-impact online & offline campaigns (events, activations, social media)
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Campus Marketing Associates across departments
- Drive student engagement and participation through creative marketing initiatives
- Take ownership of the end-to-end conversion funnel (awareness → interest → enrollment)
- Pitch and promote the company’s programs to students in a clear and compelling way
- Collaborate with college clubs, societies, and influencers to expand reach
- Monitor team performance and ensure weekly targets and goals are achieved
- Track campaign performance (leads, conversions, engagement) and share regular reports
- Continuously bring innovative ideas and strategies to improve reach and results
- Act as the official brand representative and build trust across the campus
Requirements:
- Strong interest in marketing, sales, or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Confident in public speaking, pitching, and networking
- Self-driven with a result-oriented mindset
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Active presence in college (clubs, societies, or peer network is a plus.
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and execute new ideas
- Ability to manage time alongside academics
- Prior experience in leadership, events, or sales is a plus (not mandatory)
