  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company’s client base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and proposals to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market needs.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements with clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any client concerns promptly.
