Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to join our Digital Marketing & Analytics team. This role involves driving lead generation, enhancing brand visibility, executing marketing campaigns, and optimizing performance across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms
- Generate and qualify leads to support business growth and sales pipeline
- Develop engaging marketing collaterals such as brochures, posters, and digital creatives
- Execute online campaigns including social media, email marketing, SMS marketing, and paid advertisements
- Implement and continuously optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies
- Manage and improve social media presence, focusing on KPIs such as engagement, reach, and conversions
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance; take data-driven actions to improve results
- Maintain and update website content and other digital assets
- Research new digital trends, tools, and platforms to identify growth opportunities
- Plan and execute promotional activities, competitions, and creative marketing initiatives based on market research
- Support branding efforts to strengthen the company’s digital presence
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools
- Familiarity with SEO, social media platforms, and online marketing strategies
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player
- Prior experience or certification in digital marketing is an added advantage
