Role Overview
We are looking for a Unity Developer to join our Engineering team and contribute to building immersive VR-based software products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a lean setup, collaborates effectively, and is driven to deliver robust, high-quality solutions within tight timelines, leveraging best practices and emerging tools, including AI, to enhance efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Develop, maintain, and optimize VR applications using Unity
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned with sound SDLC practices
- Design and implement features to enhance user experience and product performance
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality, bug-free releases
- Integrate third-party plugins, APIs, and work with web sockets where required
- Continuously identify ways to improve development speed, quality, and efficiency
- Stay updated with evolving Unity technologies and industry best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Unity development
- Strong programming skills in C/C++, with good understanding of Unity’s scripting API and asset pipeline
- Familiarity with Git and performance optimization techniques
- Understanding of structured development processes and SDLC practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to timelines
- Strong ownership mindset, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
