About the Role:
- We are seeking a talented Agentic AI Engineer with 3+ years of experience to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop autonomous AI agents using modern LLM frameworks.
- Build and manage multi-agent systems with reasoning, memory, and tool usage.
- Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Optimize prompts, workflows, and model performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Python and backend development.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, etc.).
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate.
- Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, and AI workflows.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Education:
- BE / BTech in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or related field
OR - MSc IT / MSc in Artificial Intelligence or equivalent postgraduate degree
Good to Have:
- Experience in fine-tuning or customizing LLMs.
- Knowledge of AI evaluation, safety, and guardrails.
- Experience building AI copilots or automation agents.
