Back Office Operations

Role:

  • Maintain daily data
  • Assist the Front Office Executive 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains good relationships with Customer 
  • Data analysis
  • Manage files and records with the help of filing systems. Control office expenditures and office contracts, including rent٫ service and so on. Undertake basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system. Respond to customer complaints or issues.
  • Data Management: Accurately recording, updating, and maintaining company data, records, and databases. 
  • Administrative Support: Handling filing, correspondence, office supplies, and general administrative duties. 
  • Financial Processing: Managing invoices, receipts, payments, and petty expenses. 
  • Reporting: Preparing reports, presentations, and consolidating management data. 
  • Operational Support: Ensuring smooth workflow, coordinating with other departments, and monitoring project timelines. 
  • Customer/Internal Support: Addressing internal queries and sometimes handling customer issues (if combined with support roles). 
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
