Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and client follow-ups
- Promote and sell HRMS software solutions / Real estate projects
- Conduct product demos (HRMS) or site visits (Real Estate)
- Understand customer requirements and close deals
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain CRM and sales reports
Desired Skills:
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Experience in SaaS/HRMS sales or Real Estate sales preferred
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome
- Willingness to work in field sales when required
