Business Development Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and client follow-ups
  • Promote and sell HRMS software solutions / Real estate projects
  • Conduct product demos (HRMS) or site visits (Real Estate)
  • Understand customer requirements and close deals
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain CRM and sales reports

Desired Skills:

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Experience in SaaS/HRMS sales or Real Estate sales preferred
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome
  • Willingness to work in field sales when required
