Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Acadme’s market reach.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify competitive advantages.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the business development department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (freshers can also apply)
  • Strong interest in sales, client interaction, and business growth
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the organization
  • Good internet research and data analysis skills
