Job Summary:
- We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT/ERP sales team.
- This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales and business development.
- You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, understanding their business needs, and supporting the end-to-end sales process for ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Generate and qualify leads for ERP solutions (Odoo & ERPNext).
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Understand basic client business challenges in areas such as operations, finance, inventory, and manufacturing.
- Support the sales team in proposal preparation and follow-ups.
- Maintain sales data, leads, and updates in CRM tools.
- Represent the company at local business events and exhibitions (as required).
Requirements:
- Experienced and Fresh graduates (MBA / B.Tech or equivalent preferred).
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Confident, presentable, and willing to meet clients in person.
- Basic understanding of business processes (finance, inventory, operations) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and target-driven mindset.
