Job Title: HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, induction, and exit formalities).
  • Prepare and maintain employee documentation and HR records.
  • Handle monthly payroll inputs, salary slips, attendance, and leave tracking.
  • Coordinate with Finance for PF & ESIC compliance and salary processing.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviews).
  • Post jobs on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Hirist, and Unstop.
  • Address employee queries and share internal communications.
  • Organize engagement activities such as monthly birthday celebrations.

Requirements

  • Graduate in HR or related field.
  • 1–4 years of HR experience.
  • Knowledge of payroll & statutory compliance (PF, ESIC).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
