Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks
- Design and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate new ideas
- Build and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs
- Develop and integrate AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, architecture)
- Contribute to system design and architecture decisions
- Document research findings, technical solutions, and best practices
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, cloud, and software engineering
️ Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of software development and system design
- Experience in backend development (Python / Node.js / .NET or similar)
- Knowledge of databases (SQL / NoSQL)
- Experience with API development and integrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Familiarity with microservices architecture
- Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
- Exposure to automation tools and workflows
